Nicholas Schrunk is a Los Angeles based creative who specializes inathlete portrait and action-sports photography. At the University of Northern Iowa, he studied graphic design with an emphasis on entrepreneurial marketing. His design work centers around layout and typography with a focus on kinetic type motion graphics. The St. Bride Institute in London and the Phantom High-Speed Film Conference in Los Angeles have both featured his motion typography designs. Focusing on action sports in his photography, he worked as a layout designer for The Standerd, an action sports photo periodical. In addition, he has worked in the action sports film industry shooting / producing for Sidewayz Films and a variety of Red Bull action-sport productions.
